Static Widgets
In the Static Widgets folder you will find Interface elements which cannot be linked to the model. They are, as the name of the folder already indicates, unaffected by changes in any variable. The elements in this folder include among others text elements, pictures, lines and boxes.
Adding Static Widgets to an Interface
To add a Static Widget to an Interface, act as follows:
| 1. | Select the Interface in the Application window. |
| 2. | Right click and choose Edit. The interface editor will open. |
| 3. | Drag any of the Static Widgets from the Library onto the Interface. |
Modifying the properties of Static Widgets
| 1. | First, you must (re) open the interface editor as described above. Then: |
| 2. | Select the element of your choice. |
| 3. | Right click and choose Properties. |
| 4. | A menu with several tab sheets will pop up. See the specific information pages of each element for information on how to fill these out. |
